TO VACATE A COUNTY ROAD
Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed in the County Court of Benton County, Arkansas seeking to vacate Quenton Lane pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 14-298-101, Et Seq.
The roadway sought to be vacated is a fifty-foot (50’) Private Access Road, also know as “Quenton Ln,” as shown on the recorded plat of Emerald Bay Subdivision, located in Rogers, Arkansas.
That the Court has fixed the 16th day of May, 2026 at 1:30 o’clock p.m., as the date and time of hearing on such Petition at the Benton County Administration Building, Quorum Court Room, 215 E Central Ave, Bentonville, Arkansas.
All persons desiring to be heard on the question of whether the above-named street shall be vacated should appear on the date and time set for hearing.
