PUBLIC NOTICE
The Benton County Solid Waste District Board is seeking public comments regarding an application by the City of Siloam Springs for a Certificate of Need related to the proposed permit modification of a solid waste transfer station located at 1108 E Ashley St., Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761. The application is available for public review on the District’s website at www.bentoncountyrecycles.org. Public comments regarding this application will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication. Written comments may be submitted electronically to accounting@bentoncountyrecycles.org or by mail to 5702 Brookside Rd., Bentonville, Arkansas 72713. A public hearing will be held on June 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Siloam Springs Public Library 205 E Jefferson St., Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761 for those wishing to make oral comments. The Board will review comments and consider a decision on the application on July 23, 2026, in the Benton County Quorum Courtroom, 215 E Central, Bentonville, AR 72712.
