Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 6th,2026 at 6:00 PM by the Cave Springs Planning Commission during their regular meeting. The meeting will be held at the Cave Springs Community Building at 120 South Main Street, Cave Springs, AR. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
The applicant for this request is Haden Revocable Trust Nelle D (Bell Construction Services Authorized Representative). The 9.93-acre property is addressed as 10192 S Morning Star Rd, Cave Springs AR. (Benton County parcel ID Parcels: 05-10267-464)
Request: Variance request to lessen the required right of way dedications along Morning Star Rd for an associated tract split.
