Notice of Application for Renewal, No-Discharge Permit 5265-WR-2
Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application for renewal on April 29, 2026, with additional information received on June 10, 2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 5265-WR-2, for a decentralized wastewater treatment system with drip irrigation dispersal of the treated wastewater from a travel center. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility is located as follows: Section 18 Township 10N Range 30W, near the city of Alma in Crawford County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
