You are hereby notified that plaintiff, Cross Bank f/k/a Cross County Bank (“Plaintiff’), by its attorneys, Hurst Burnett PLC, P.O. Box 1149, Jonesboro, Arkansas, 72403, (870) 268-7600, has initiated legal proceedings against you to foreclose all right, title and interest you have in the following tracts of real property situated in Mississippi County, Arkansas, having the common addresses of 518 and 520 S. Lake, 522 and 524 S. Lake, 1500
W. Walnut, 1105 E. Ash, 836 N. Franklin, 205 W. Kentucky, 1405 E. Cherry, and 301-303 1st Street, 852 E. Main, and 122 Hollywood Street, all of which are located in Blytheville, Arkansas, and being more accurately described as follows:
Tract#1: 518 and 520 S. Lake, Blytheville, AR
Lot Eighty-Six (86) of the Original Survey of the City of Blytheville, Arkansas.
Tract# 2: 522 and 524 S. Lake, Blytheville, AR
Lot Eighty-Seven (87) of the Original Survey of the City of Blytheville, Arkansas.
Tract# 3: 1500 W. Walnut, Blytheville, AR
Lot Fourteen (14), Block One (1), Harris Addition to the City of Blytheville, Arkansas.
Tract# 4: 1105 E. Ash, Blytheville, AR
Lot Four (4), Block Four (4), East End Development, a Subdivision carved out of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 14, Township 15 North, Range 11 East, according to plat of record and being subject to existing easements for roads, drains and utilities and Dedication of Restrictions.
Tract# 5: 836 N. Franklin, Blytheville, AR
An irregular lot in the Northwest comer of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range Eleven (11) East, being more particularly described as beginning at the Northwest comer of the Southeast Quarter; thence East with the North line of the Southeast Quarter
165.9 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line
164.1 feet; thence North 100 feet to the point of beginning, and containing
0.38 acres, more or less, and subject to Franklin Street right-of-way across the West side.

Lot Five (5), Block Six (6), of the Davis Third Addition to the City of Blytheville, Arkansas, except the South Fifty (50) feet thereof.

Lot Eight (8), Block Thirteen (13), East End Development to the City of Blytheville, Arkansas, according to plat in Plat Book 4, Page 12, Recorder’s Office, Blytheville, Arkansas.
Tract# 8: 301-303 1st Street, Blytheville, AR
The South 25 feet of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4, Block 10, Davis Brothers Addition to the City of Blytheville, Arkansas,
AND
A parcel of land partially adjacent to and directly south of Lot 4 of Davis Brothers Sub. To Blytheville, Ark. And described as begin at SE comer of said Davis Brothers Sub., this point being 30 feet West of the centerline of First St. and also on exact south edge of a concrete curb; thence South along west line of First Street 8 feet; thence West 8 feet south of and parallel to South line of Davis Brothers Sub. 207.5 feet; thence North 8 feet; thence East 57.5 feet to SW comer of Davis Brothers Sub.; thence continue on East along the South line of Davis Brothers Sub. 150 feet to point of beginning;

Lot 1 of Replat of Lot 3 of Edna Vails First Subdivision, less and except the South 140 feet as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 131, and a parcel ofland 50 feet wide lying on and adjacent to North side beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of Edna Vails First Addition as recorded in Book 1, Page 72; thence North 50 feet; thence North 83°, 50 feet East 186 feet to the West line of Hollywood Street; thence South
with West line 156.8 feet; thence West and parallel to South line of said Lot 1, 186 feet; thence North along said Lot 1 West side 96 feet, as now recorded in Book 342, Pages 470 and 472.
A copy of this warning order, along with the Foreclosure Complaint and the exhibits, shall be delivered to you or to your attorney upon request. You are hereby notified that you must appear in this proceeding by filing an answer or other responsive pleading within thirty
(30) days of the date of the first publication of this warning order. If you fail to answer or otherwise defend within such time, then you face entry of judgment by default and shall thereafter be barred from answering the complaint, and a judgment in rem shall be entered
against you in favor of Plaintiff for the relief sought in the complaint.
