On June 16, 2026 an Amended Affidavit for collection of small estate by distributee was filed with respect to the estate of Bobby Joe Houston, deceased, with the clerk of the probate division of the circuit court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, under Ark. Code Ann. § 28-41-101:
The additional legal description for the real estate is as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter, of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4), of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Four North (T-4-N), Range Eleven West (R-11-W), more particularly described as:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of the said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, thence East 600.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence North 1 degree 21 minutes three seconds East, parallel to the West line of the said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, 1339.68 feet to the North line of the said SE 1/4, NE 1/4, thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 32 seconds East 150.00 feet, thence South 1 degree 21 minutes 03 seconds West, 1308.38 feet to the center of Maddox Road, thence South 73 degrees 05 minutes 05 seconds West along said road, 107.92 feet to the South line of the said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, thence West 47.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 4.57 acres, more or less.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Four North (T-4-N), Range Eleven West (R-11-W), being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said NE 1/4 SE 1/4, thence East 600.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence South 1 degree 21 minutes 03 seconds West 14.52 feet to the center of Maddox Road, thence North 73 degrees 05 minutes 05 seconds East along said road, 49.89 feet to the North line of the said NE 1/4 SE 1/4, thence west 47.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.01 acre, more or less.
Both Tracts containing a total of 4.58 acres more or less and being situated at 1718 Maddox Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributee or his or her attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
