Date of Death: on or about January 4, 2024.
A Petition for Ancillary Probate Administration and appointment of an Administratrix was filed with respect to the Estate of Eugene Patrick Kent, deceased, with the clerk of the probate division of the Circuit Court of Benton County, Arkansas, pursuant to Ark. Code Ann § 28-41-101. Angela Kent has been appointed Administratrix of the Estate by an Order of the Court dated June 29, 2026, with Letters of Administration being issued on July 6, 2026.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. All claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of the notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in such estate.
