The Defendants Dave Whitehead and all occupants of 601 Audubon Street, Hot Springs, AR 71913 (“You”), are hereby notified that Bradley Hertan has filed a Complaint in Unlawful Detainer against you. The Complaint seeks possession of the property and damages. A copy of the Complaint and Summons shall be delivered to you or to your attorney upon request. You are also notified that you must appear and defend by filing your answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days of the first publication date of this Warning Order. In the event of your failure to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint as circumscribed by the laws of this state, and you may be otherwise barred from asserting your interest.
