A public hearing will be held before the City of Siloam Springs Planning Commission for a rezone development permit on property located at 1211 Hummingbird Lane, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. The public hearing will be held at the City of Siloam Springs Public Library at 205 E Jefferson Street at 5:30 p.m. on August 11, 2026, immediately following the Board of Adjustments meeting if any.
