NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Pea Ridge Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM at City Hall at 975 Weston Street to hear those who wish to be heard regarding: (1) a proposed amendment to Title 14 of the City Code (the Zoning Ordinance) regarding the rezoning of the following described property from C-1, Neighborhood Commercial to C-2, General Commercial.
Legal Description:
Part of Lot 16 in the revised plat of Medlin Subdivision, a subdivision in part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 1, Township 20 North, Range 30 West, described as follows: Beginning at the NW Corner of said Lot 16, thence South 89°48’ East 364.00 feet; thence South 00°12’ West 480.80 feet; thence North 89°39’31” West 362.60 feet; thence north 00°02’ East 479.80 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to a 10 foot wide utility easement along the South, West and North sides of said described property.
