APPLICATION TO TRANSFER THE LOCATION OF PERMIT TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas an application to transfer the location of a permit to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises from:
128 W. Central Ave. Bentonville, Benton County To: 293 N Main St., Centerton, Benton County
Said application was filed on June 29, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
