The Bentonville Planning Commission will duly meet to consider a rezoning request of:

And legally described as:
PART OF O.L. 25, BLOCK 4, CLARK’S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BENTONVILLE, BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID O.L. 25; THENCE EAST 165 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 81.72 FEET; THENCE WEST 165 FEET; THENCE NORTH 81.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A public hearing will be held on: August 4, 2026, in the Community Development Building, 305 SW A Street, Bentonville, AR., beginning at 5:00 p.m.
