The City of Tontitown Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Adjustments will be holding a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Tontitown City Hall, City Council Chambers, 235 E. Henri de Tonti Blvd, Tontitown, AR, and via Zoom. The following items will be discussed:
1. Variance Application (Joe Austin) – Applicant is requesting a variance from Accessory Building size Tontitown Code 153.141(A). Property is located at 572 Klenc Rd. Parcel #: 830-37675-001.
2. Variance Application (Aria Subdivision) – Applicant is requesting a variance to Tontitown Residential Lot Minimum requirements 153. Appendix B. Property is located at 630 S Klenc Rd. Parcel #: 830-37773-010.
