NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City of Centerton, AR Planning Commission on SEP 1, 2026 at 6 PM at the Centerton Municipal Complex, Court Building, 210 Captain Kelley Dr, Centerton, AR 72719, to hear public comment on the proposed DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN. Prior to the Hearing, the Plan will be presented to the Council/Planning Commission/Public at the same location on AUG 24, 2026 at 6 PM.
The Plan is a product of community and stakeholder input prepared by consultants Garver, ISG, and Designing Local, and made possible by ULI NWA. The Plan includes the Historic Downtown and the creation of a New Town Center; focusing on enhancing businesses, community events, walkable destinations, trails, entertainment, gathering spaces, variety of housing/mixed use, and planned infrastructure for future demand. The Plan will provide a framework to guide future land use & zoning; mobility & infrastructure strategy; floodplain & watershed integration; and placemaking & implementation.
