The Lowell Planning Commission will meet on September 10, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Lowell Council Chambers to consider the applications and offer public hearing of Goad Springs Farm LLC, S Goad Springs Rd, Parcel #12-00254-000, a rezone from C-2, urban thoroughfare commercial zone to an R-2 intermediate neighborhood zone.
