LOT(S) 89, LEAWOOD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
More Commonly Known As: 22 Leslie Circle, Little Rock, AR 72205
On October 16, 2007, Frances L. Casadonte, Frank Casadonte, executed a Mortgage in favor of Bank of America, NA, which was recorded on November 15, 2007, as 2007088169 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, now held by MCLP Asset Company, Inc. The party initiating this foreclosure action can be contacted at: MCLP Asset Company, Inc., 55 Beattie Pl. #005, Greenville, SC 29601-2743, (800) 365-7107.
Default by the current owner(s) of the property has occurred in the payment of the note, indebtedness and trust property secured by said Mortgage, and the same is now wholly due and owing to the holder of said debt. Mortgagee intends to sell the above trust property to satisfy the obligation. The default for which the foreclosure is made occurred on November 21, 2025.
Tenants may exist that claim an interest in the real property described herein.
The undersigned is the Attorney-in-Fact for the Mortgagee and is acting on and with the consent of the Mortgagee who is exercising its power of sale under Ark. Code Ann. Section 18-50-115 which implies a power of sale in every mortgage of real property situated in this State that is duly acknowledged and recorded.
