On May 14, 2026, a Complaint was filed against you by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, for the purpose of foreclosing on real property in the principal amount of $130,357.40, together with accrued interest, attorneys’ fees, costs and late charges, if any. The above-mentioned real property is described as follows:
All that property situate in the County of Pulaski and State of Arkansas described as:
Lot 112, Nelridge Addition No. 3 to the City of North Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 70, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The property is more commonly known 905 W 51st Street, North Little Rock, AR 72118-4035.
You are hereby warned to appear and defend by filing an answer or other responsive pleading with the Court within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this Warning Order.
Your failure to file a written answer within thirty (30) days may result in a default judgment being entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
