APPLICATION TO TRANSFER THE LOCATION OF SMALL BREWERY AND SMALL BREWERY WHOLESALE PERMITS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for an application to transfer the location of a permit to transport alcoholic beverages to private functions which are being catered by the permit holder, and to serve alcoholic beverages to attendees of private functions, in conjunction with catered food prepared on the premises. Said permits to transfer from;
1946 N Birch Ave, Fayetteville, Washington County to: 1221 S. School Ave, Unit 110 Fayetteville, Washington County
Said application was filed on August 11, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
