The Lowell Planning Commission will meet September 21, at 6:00 PM in the Lowell Council Chambers at 216 N Lincoln St to consider the application of Superior Automotive Group, 301 S Bloomington St, a conditional use permit for automotive repair and vehicle reconditioning.
