ARDOT Job 041001, Ozark Off Road Cyclists Lake Fayetteville Soft Surface Trail Enhancement (RTP-24) (S); FAP: RTP-TRAL(2)
Ozark Offroad Cyclists is accepting bids to repair, widen, and enhance approximately 5 miles of soft surface trails at Lake Fayetteville. The full bid packet may be found at https://tinyurl.com/OORC041001.
Bids will be accepted, opened, and publicly read on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM, at the Fayetteville Parks Department Conference Room (100 W. Rock St., Suite 250, Fayetteville, AR 72701). Plans and specifications may be found through the online bid packet or viewed in-person at the Fayetteville Parks Department.
Must possess Arkansas Contractor’s License; subcontractors are required to be licensed according to Arkansas State Law. Licensure not required to submit a bid; however, evidence of licensure must be provided prior to signing the construction contract.
Ozark Offroad Cyclists hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
Build America, Buy America provisions apply to this project.
