CITY OF EUREKA SPRINGS, ARKANSAS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS WATER, WASTEWATER, AND SIDEWALK ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Eureka Springs seeks statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for surveying, infrastructure assessment, engineering design, permitting assistance, and related services for existing and proposed water, wastewater, and sidewalk improvements.
