SOUTH 44.5 FEET OF NORTH 94.5 FEET OF LOTS 5 & 6, AND WEST 40 FEET OF SOUTH 44.5 FEET OF NORTH 94.5 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 21, FLEMING & BRADFORD`S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
More Commonly Known As: 2405 Wolfe Street, Little Rock, AR 72206.
On December 18, 2024, Westwind Property Solutions Corp, executed a security instrument in favor of Kiavi Funding, Inc., which was recorded on December 27, 2024, as Instrument No. 2024067084 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas and is now held by U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, for LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2025-RTL1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2025-RTL1.
The default for which foreclosure is made is due to the failure of payment per the terms of the note and security instrument and is now wholly due. Mortgagee or Beneficiary is exercising its power of sale under Ark. Code Ann. Section 18-50-115 and such has directed Mickel Law Firm, P.A., as its Attorney-in-Fact or Trustee, to sell the property to satisfy said indebtedness. The party initiating this foreclosure can be contacted at or in care of its servicer: Kiavi, Inc., 271 N. Shore Drive, Suite 201, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, Phone 415-592-5777.
