NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, September 28, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Cantonment Area Fence Phase 3 located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752730
There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule future meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc., 110 South 7th Street, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, payable to Hawkins-Weir Engineers, Inc. Deposits will be returned to all prime bidders who return Plans and Specifications in good condition within ten (10) days after opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder’s deposit will be refunded.

If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
