NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:30PM, September 28, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Building 1682 Renovations located in Fort Chaffee, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752625
There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule future meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Tim A. Risley Architects, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903 479-452-2636. Construction documents will be available for a deposit of $250 per set for General Contractors only - max of two sets. Partial sets will not be allowed. Refunds will be returned if drawings are returned in good condition within 7 days from bid date.
