APPLICATION FOR ON PREMISES WINE AND ON PREMISES BEER PERMITS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for permits to sell and serve wine and beer on the premises described as:
11218 Devils Den, Winslow, Washington County
Said application was filed on September 4, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
