COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority contained in the decretal order of the Baxter County Circuit Court, entered on the 15th day of September, 2026 in this matter, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the front entrance door of the Baxter County Circuit Courthouse, One East 7th Street, Mountain Home, Arkansas, 72653, in which said Court is held, in the County of Baxter, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, at 9:00 a.m. on October 20, 2026, the following described real estate, situated in Baxter County, Arkansas, commonly known as 139 Kelly Lane, Gassville, Arkansas (APN # 005-00123-029), more particularly described as:
Lot 29 in Grandview Subdivision, a re-subdivision of Lots 3 through 9 Inclusive and 11 through 33 Inclusive of the Gassville Housing Project, Baxter County, Arkansas, as shown by the recorded plat thereof. Subject to all restrictive covenants of record and all easements of record of apparent.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money, or as otherwise approved by Plaintiff in writing.
THIS SALE IS MADE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL STIPULATIONS MADE IN THE DECRETAL ORDER FILED OF RECORD ON THE 15TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2026. THE COMMISSIONER DOES NOT WARRANT TITLE, BOUNDARY LINES, TAXES AND OR IMPROVEMENTS, IF ANY, ON THIS PROPERTY IN BAXTER COUNTY, ARKANSAS
