Clark Contractors, LLC and Stuttgart School District will be accepting bids for the Classroom Addition Junior High School by no later than 2:00 PM on October 6, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All bid packages listed here will be bid at this time:

PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS:
All bids should be submitted to Weston Jones at email address wjones@clarkcontractors.net. Each e-mailed bid response shall include the following: completed Bid Form and a scanned copy of the 5% Bid Bond or a Cashier’s Check equal to 5% of the bid amount (made out to Stuttgart School District). If submitting for more than one package, then each bid package must be submitted on a separate bid form. Include a scanned 5% Bid Bond or a Cashier’s Check equal to 5% of the bid amount for each package bid. If unable to scan / e-mail the Bid Form and bid bond / cashier’s check, sealed bids will be accepted at Clark Contractors office located at 11101 Anderson Drive, Suite 100, Little Rock Arkansas 72212. Include on bid proposal envelope the name of the project, your company name, address, contractor’s license number, and bid package number that you are bidding. If submitting for more than one package, then each bid for each package must be in separate sealed envelopes. Bids must be based on a lump sum contract. Clark Contractors, LLC and Lewis Architects Engineers will privately review all bids.

Obtaining contract documents through any source other than Clark Contractors, LLC or their representatives is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through Clark Contractors, LLC or their representatives are considered the official set of the contract documents and take precedence should any discrepancies occur. The official version of the complete set of the contract documents can be examined and are obtainable from Clark Contractors, LLC, 11101 Anderson Drive, Suite 100, Little Rock Arkansas 72212, (Phone: (501) 868-3133; Fax: (501) 868-3104).
OBLIGATIONS OF BIDDERS:
Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute (without alterations) a Subcontract Agreement with Clark Contractors, LLC based on the Clark Master Subcontract Agreement. Additionally, bidders must comply with all requirements of the Clark Contractors, LLC Sample Certificate of Insurance, applicable Clark Scope Sheet(s), and Project Schedule.
All bidders must submit a current Clark Prequalification Form to Clark Contractors, LLC prior to submitting their bid for this project (if bidder has entered into a Subcontract or Purchase Order in the past 12 months, no prequalification will be required).
Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid opening.

Clark Contractors, LLC and Stuttgart School District reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bid.
