NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority and directions in the Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure made and entered on the 15th day of September, 2026, in a certain cause of the Circuit Court of Cross County, Arkansas (Case No. 19CV-26-191-1), then pending between First Financial Bank, Plaintiff, and Defendant Aaron Heller, as Special Administrator of the Estate of Robert Dale Peevyhouse, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, in the lobby of the Cross County Circuit Courthouse, located at 705 East Union Avenue, Wynne, Arkansas 72396, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 8th day of October, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m., the following-described real estate located in Cross County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lot five (5), Goodart Subdivision to Hickory Ridge, Arkansas, created from a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Nine (9) North, Range One (1) East, Cross County, Arkansas, as shown by Plat of Bill of Mulhollen, dated August 29, 1971, Recorded in plat Book No. 2 on February 20, 1972.
This real property is located at 6 Goodart Circle, Hickory Ridge, Arkansas 72347 (the “Real Property”).
TERMS OF SALE: The sale is “as is where is” without any warranty whatsoever. The purchaser will be required to pay ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in cash, non-refundable, before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the sale, and post a security deposit as may be acceptable to First Financial Bank and such bid shall accrue interest at the lawful rate from date of sale until paid within three (3) months after the date of sale and a lien being retained on the property and collateral and improvements to secure payment of the purchase amount.
