COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority and directions in the Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure made and entered on the 14th day of September, 2026, in a certain cause of the Circuit Court of Cross County, Arkansas (Case No. 19CV-26-228), then pending between First Financial Bank, Plaintiff, and Defendants Eriker Ann Fortenberry-Purnell and Occupant(s), if any, of 2320 Burnette Drive, Wynne, Arkansas, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, in the lobby of the Cross County Circuit Courthouse, located at 705 East Union Avenue, Wynne, Arkansas 72396, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 8th day of October, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following-described real estate located in Cross County, Arkansas, to-wit:
Lot 60 of the Jimmy-Ray Subdivision No. 5 to the City of Wynne, Cross County, Arkansas, said subdivision created out of a part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19 Town 7 North, Range 3 East, Cross County, Arkansas.
This real property is located at 2320 Burnette Drive, Wynne, Arkansas 72396 (the “Real Property”).
TERMS OF SALE: The sale is “as is where is” without any warranty whatsoever. The purchaser will be required to pay ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in cash, non-refundable, before 3:00 p.m. on the day of the sale, and post a security deposit as may be acceptable to First Financial Bank and such bid shall accrue interest at the lawful rate from date of sale until paid within three (3) months after the date of sale and a lien being retained on the property and collateral and improvements to secure payment of the purchase amount.
