Sealed bid submittals shall be received no later than 1:00 PM CDT, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2026 when said bids will be opened and read aloud publicly. Submittals received after that time will not be considered.
Conway Corporation reserves the right to reject any / all submittals and to waive any / all formalities deemed to be in the best interest of Conway Corporation.
All parties are also advised that Conway Corporation reserves the right to re-advertise for any services.
Respondents should be familiar with Federal, State, and Local policies and procedures pertaining to the bid project.
