Sean Michael McClendon, a surviving child of Matthew Dale McClendon, is hereby notified that a fifteen (15) minute hearing is set in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, Fifteenth Division (Judge Amy Dunn Moore), on the 9th day of November, 2026, beginning at 2:10 p.m., at which time the Petitioner will present her Petition to Sell Real Estate.
