REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS
Philander Smith University is seeking qualifications from architectural firms to provide architectural services for the expansion of the Harry R. Kendall Health and Science Center.
The approximately 8,000-square-foot expansion will include six classrooms, 12 offices, support and common spaces, corridors, and an expanded auditorium to support nursing, allied health, and public health programs. The University seeks a creative and innovative architectural firm capable of developing quality design solutions within the available project budget.
RFQ Submission Deadline: 3:30 PM CST, Friday, October 30, 2026
The University reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formalities.
