COMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the authority contained in the decretal order of the Carroll County Circuit Court entered in case number 08ECV-26-78, styled as set forth above, the undersigned, as Commissioner of the Court, will offer for sale, at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Carroll County Courthouse (Eastern District) in which said Court is held, located at 210 W. Church Ave., Berryville, AR 72616, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on Thursday the 22nd of October 2026 at 2:00 p.m., the following described real property along with any and all personal property, fixtures, and improvements therein to wit:
A part of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4, Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 22 West, described as: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 said Section 29, thence South, 00 degrees 39’49” West, 1,700.00 feet for place of beginning; thence South, 89 degrees 35’50” East, 1,320.00 feet to the East line of said forty; thence South on East line of said forty, 00 degrees 39’49” West, 610 feet; thence North 89 degrees 35’50” West, 1,320.00 feet to the West line of said forty; thence North on the forty line, 00 degrees 39’49” East 610 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to the road right-of-way on both ends of said tract.
The property is more commonly known as: 166 CR 966, Green Forest, Arkansas 72638.
TERMS OF THE SALE: On a credit of three months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the order of the Court, with approved security, bearing interest at a rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchaser money.
