SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas, made and entered on September 11, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 23CV-25-1160) then pending between Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff, and Mariama E Green, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Faulkner County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in Conway, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on December 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following-described real estate, situated in Faulkner County, Arkansas:
PART OF THE W 1/2 NW 1/4 SECTION 9, T5N, R13W, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 1600 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID W 1/2 NW 1/4 CONTINUE THENCE NORTH 85 FEET, THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID W 1/2 NW 1/4 125 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 85 FEET; THENCE WEST 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING 0.25 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, THIS TRACT INCUDES STATE HIGHWAY 285 RIGHT OF WAY.
Also known as 680 East German Lane, Conway, AR 72032
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
