RFP # 24RU40001 – Contract C – Water Meters
The City of Gould, Arkansas, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified suppliers for the furnishing and delivery of ultrasonic water meters and associated cellular radio equipment for the City’s water distribution system. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements, terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents.
Proposals will be received until Monday, November 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM by the City of Gould, City Hall, 301 North Gould Ave, Gould, AR 71643. Proposals received after the specified deadline may be deemed nonresponsive and excluded from consideration.
The City of Gould is seeking 360 Diehl HYDRUS ultrasonic water meters and compatible cellular radio units, as manufactured by Diehl, to be delivered to the Gould City Hall, located at 301 North Gould Ave, Gould, AR 71643. Installation of the meters shall be by others and is not included in this solicitation. All specified equipment shall be furnished by a single supplier with a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience supplying equipment of a similar type and intended use.
A pre-proposal conference will not be held.
One (1) original and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive, should be delivered to the City of Gould, City Hall, 301 North Gould Ave, Gould, AR 71643, in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside: RFP# 24RU40001- Contract C - Meters”.
