Pursuant to the provision of Ordinance Number 3307 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Springdale, Arkansas, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Springdale Planning Commission does herewith call a formal hearing on the petition and appeal of Beauty 4 Ashes Investments, LLC from a decision of the enforcement officer. The applicant is requesting a variance from Commercial Design Standards on the property located at 722 Oak Avenue.
