CITY OF CENTERTON, ARKANSAS
NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
LEASE OF SIX (6) COLOR MULTIFUNCTION COPIERS/ PRINTERS AND FULL-SERVICE MAINTENANCE
The City of Centerton, Arkansas, is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the lease, delivery, installation, and full-service maintenance of six (6) new color multifunction copier/printers for a proposed 60-month term. The requested equipment consists of two (2) high-capacity, large-format color multifunction devices and four (4) compact color multifunction devices.
Bid Deadline: Monday, November 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
Sealed bids must be received by the City no later than the deadline above. Late bids will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline at the Centerton Municipal Complex, 210 Captain Kelley Drive, Centerton, Arkansas 72719.
Submit sealed bids to: City of Centerton, Arkansas, Attn: Mayor Bill Edwards, 201 Captain Kelley Drive, Centerton, Arkansas 72719. The outside of the envelope must be marked “SEALED BID — SIX COLOR MULTIFUNCTION COPIERS — BID OPENING NOVEMBER 2, 2026, AT 5:00 P.M.”

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities when permitted by applicable law. Any award will be made in accordance with Arkansas law and the City’s procurement procedures.
