NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Arkansas, made and entered on October 13, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 35CV-26-629) then pending between REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE, Plaintiff, and Carolyn Hubanks, Defendant, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Jefferson County Courthouse in which said Court is held, located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on January 19, 2027 at 12:00 PM, the following described real estate, situated in Jefferson County, Arkansas:
LOT 7 IN BLOCK 4 OF BELMONT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PINE BLUFF, ARKANSAS, LOCATED IN THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST, JEFFERSON COUNTY ARKANSAS, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 1 FOOT ON A LINE RUNNING EAST AND WEST FOR 120 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 4, IN BELMONT ADDITION IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 9 WEST, TO THE CITY OF PINE BLUFF, JEFFERSON COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
The property is more commonly known as 1103 Bloomfield Drive, Pine Bluff, AR 71601.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
