On June 17, 2026, a verified complaint was filed by First Arkansas Bank & Trust seeking an in personam judgment against separate defendant Steven Craig Culliford and an in rem judgment related to the following real property:
PART OF THE NE1/4 NE1/4, SECTION 10, T5N, R11W, FAULKNER COUNTY, ARKANSAS; BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NE1/4 NE1/4; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 22 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID NE1/4 NE1/4, A DISTANCE OF 383.82 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 73 DEGREES 12 MINUTES 13 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 226.33 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 06 MINUTES 34 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 814.26 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 22 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 507.37 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NE1/4 NE1/4; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTH LINE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 02 MINUTES 59 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 1025.79 FEET TO THE PONT OF BEGINNING. RESERVING THE EAST 30 FEET FOR ROAD AND UTILITY EASEMENT.
A copy of the verified complaint shall be delivered to you or your attorney upon request. You are notified that you must appear in this Court and defend by filing your answer to the verified complaint or other responsive pleading within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this warning order. If you fail to timely answer or otherwise respond within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this warning order, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief sought in the verified complaint or you may be otherwise barred from asserting any interest in the real property described above or defense to the verified complaint.
